Novl is a Limpopo born artist that hails from Lephalale, Limpopo and he is one to lookout for this year. With a crazy obsession of making sure that people feel his music rather than just listen and forget, he is consistently working on his craft and message. In terms of his musical inspirations he is drawn to his mentor and dear friend HeyPHOOSH. He literally guided or rather Novl bounced ideas from him and till this day their relationship is stronger than ever. Another musician is Kendrik Lamar, who is an abstract artist with a vision but also the South African hiphop scene which is slowly making its comeback is what drives him to be one of the best. The plans he has for this year are direct as he simply wants to drop his album while also pushing his merch on the side.
