Any artist's journey to music really will begin with humble beginnings and a lot of mistakes. Anshi Sangz is an artist that knows a lot about humble beginnings and growing from experiences. She began her musical career performing with a live band in the Caribbean jazz band in the year 2011. In addition she has continued to refine her vocals whilst discovering who she is as an artist, creative and a brand. She started penning down her lyrics in the year 2015, and she still strives to not only make melodic music but to write music for other aspiring artists. The major influences in her musical career are strong women such as the likes of Sade, Lauryn Hill, Jhene Aiko, SZA. Moreover, with her warm aura and welcoming personality it won't be long before she will have fans eating out her hands and having fans singing to her music and making nothing but beautiful memories. She believes that impact is better than unnecessary fame because she believes that motivating others to be themselves or rather to accept themselves is key to being a true artist. Nevertheless with being impactful in her music she still wants to make music for people who want to have chill sessions, songs about love, sex, momentary happiness and heartbreak. In short, she plans to create a sound that is infused with jazz, rnb, wavy sounds as well as the vocal harmonies. I believe her warm energy will attract people and leave them wanting more.
