Cheska Cruz has always been a musical nerd in terms of playing a wide variety of instruments and to the point of downloading garage band on her phone in 2014 to learn how to create beats. Although she started working on her song writing skills however she did struggle a bit because she was still discovering her sound. It was in 2018 when everything aligned and she released her first single "On The Avenue" on all streaming platforms and that she released she is made for music. In terms of her musical inspirations she is drawn to SZA in terms of her pen game and flow. Her other inspirations are the likes of SZA, H.E.R., and Don Toliver. 2022 will be a good year for her as she plans on doing more shows for her fans since covid messed everything up. Growing her brand and having a steady fan base are also part of the plans, and she promises to release lovely music this year.
