Laliboi and Volume have come together for a collaboration that will cement their electro sound as one of the best authentic sounds out there. The EP is a body of work that has been produced by Saul Nossel and Sipho Nkondlwane and which has included a number of features from different artists. and the plan was to create an eargasmic sound which is a blend of South African, Basotho and popular sounds which is combined with different sounds (rap, hip hop and electronic) . In addition, the word "Xam" has such a strong meaning in the South African context particularly with the Xhosa culture which literally means the skin of a monitor lizard, talk about deep meanings and meaningful music. Moreover, the skin of the lizard is used for healing and hence the EP truly represents healing and newness. To add, the EP was in a way a reminder to us all that spirituality is important in our day to day living and we must embrace all kinds of beliefs with respect as well. Please do stream and share the project so that we can watch them grow and expand their brands. The project will be released December 3rd, be sure to catch the project on all streaming platforms.
