LIA NXIETA



Lia Nxieta the Switzerland born singer and lyricist is an artist that used to be shy and quite anxious believe it or not. As her bedroom was a place where she used to create music and find her sound she also produced most of her music there. Then she went to take it a step further and pushed her music on SoundCloud with her family and friends nothing was going to stop her from pursuing music. In addition, she was now a part of a band named 'Tristan and Dolores' were she was the lead singer and show-stopper. January this year she released her first debut track 'fantasy' which had a follow-up track titled 'sixty-seconds' both which were hit singles produced by Yoan Masao. In terms of inspiration, she spent most her time browsing through SoundCloud she managed to discover many new artists that will inspire her the likes of Kelela, Sevdaliza as well as Christine and the Queens. These artists push the boundaries of sound as they fuse multiple genres to create their own. This year her plans are straight forward, to simply finish her EP which will be released maybe in late spring this year as well as grow a loyal fan base.
