ODD SOUL


OddSoul is an old school soul with a deep love for hip-hop who is constantly reinventing his style by adding elements of Jazz and Boombap which truly makes him an authentic rapper. In addition, he entered into the musical realm from the age of 10 at church (most artists start at church) whilst dabbling in poetry and rap whilst also being in the zone of cyphering and freestyling. In terms of his inspirations or rather his creative muses are the likes of Yugen Blakrock Hymphatic Thabs and Pro Kid (R.I.P). As he is constantly evolving in his craft he also gets to collaborate with outstanding artists such as Syko-tek Capz Teru, Quest Omnipotent and Voice Of Asensei. He may seem like a lone wolf in the hip-hop space however he is part of the AFRIKAN SPVC3 HXP. Moreover, as a man of many talents hip-hop is not the only thing he does, firstly he is spiritually grounded as he meditates and uses crystals to center himself as he is a firm believer that we are spiritual beings first before we are flesh. Secondly this might be a surprise but he is actually a calisthenics fanatic and he is very fit. He would love to compete in the Olympics, it is just a matter of time really and if you see him receiving a gold medal you saw it here first. Please do stream, share and go checkout his performances. In all honesty, mainstream hip-hop is really not catering for the conscious community like it used to, however he is changing that one bar and flow at a time.
