PASSION AND PAIN


'' The barriers may seem impossible to break at times, but one thing I know is that my passion is what holds the dream together''- Ofentse Mosweu.


Ofentse Mosweu is an up and coming dynamic artist who knows the importance of being resilient when the odds of rising up to stardom seems near impossible. He started his musical career 2011 and is still actively making music. In addition, he released his first mixtape in 2016 which is titled ' He didn't Know What to Call It' . Moreover, he released his second body of work called 'Fising EP' in 2017. Comparing both his mixtapes, there is definitely steady growth and improvement as an artist, and the confidence, the cadence which is being matched with his confidence. It is safe to assume that he is not lacking in the talent department. In 2019 he released ' Fising LP' which was a re-release to his 2017 EP with new tracks to be added in the LP. Furthermore, Ofentse has released a joint collaborative project EP called 'OFF THE RAPS' which was released in 2020. Lastly, he has decided to bless his fans with an EP called ' I Have New Music but I can Explain'. It is considered to be a compilation of songs that were not added to the upcoming mixtape ' I Married a Ghost Covered in Honey' which will be released this year.

The music that Ofentse releases proves that the industry has shortage of talented artists who have the potential to change the game. In addition, I strongly believe that he deserves exposure for his music, he is a hidden gem that needs to be exposed.
