PHENIQUE

Phenique is what we call a versatile artist who is able to mix both RnB and Reggae/Dancehall genre to create a unique sound that her fans can appreciate and enjoy. She started a year ago and she released her first single in January and its been received well. She is inspired by her mother who has been supportive of her musical career. In addition, Rihanna has shown her that you can be a talented artist and at the same time be an entrepreneur whilst thriving in your social circles. To add, she respects women who are in the music industry, especially knowing that women are pressured to look a certain way, and are criticized for their bodies. She praises their resilience and knowing that despite the negative energy they receive, nothing stops them from pursing what they love.
