The rap scene is Zimbabwe is clearly rising especially with the fact that there are genuine stories that are being told. Prolific is a rapper, producer and mix master who understands the importance of authentic story telling and being real. He started his rap career in 2016 when he was still being called KamzThxPxpe and during that phase it was about evolving and understanding himself. In addition, he changed his name to Prolific only last year because he believes that he is on his path to growth and to continue to work on his crafts to become an all-round artist. Moreover, he is also an artist that contributes to the Hip-Hop culture especially being part of Cottage47(@cottage47zw). The artists that have inspired him over the years are the likes of Nipsey Hussle, Wiz Khalifa, Bob Marley and Oliver Mtukudzi , and in a sense have shaped his perspective on music. The plans for the year are to release videos, special events as well as collaborative projects. We are expecting an EP and an album in 2021 and all I can say to his fans is that, he will deliver all his promises for quality music.
