SERENITY AND SUCCESS


There is nothing as beautiful as discovering your purpose and growing in it. When an artist grows without having the pressure to prove a point, just pure artistry flowing and raw imagination is a masterpiece waiting to happen. Mike Quill has used music to create a safe space for him whenever life became frustrating, heavy or it seems a little bleak. From the age if 11 he decided to pen down all he goes through, even if at the time it did not seem like it was music. In addition, he decided from the age of 13 to start writing raps/bars and again he continues to write and perfect his bars to date. The upcoming artist is inspired by artists such as Loyle Corner, Knucks (UK), Mac Miller (RIP), Smino and J.Cole. Artists that are true and open to vulnerability and sincere have a special place in his heart. Moreover, he started being in the studio last year and its only this year were we see him coming out as a new artist. In terms of his single ' Toy Story' it is a beautiful and well written song, and Mike as an artist I believe he will have a genuine story to tell. He will definitely inspire young people to be themselves and to except their differences.
